At Venodeco, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a straightforward 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • Packaging & Condition: The item is unused, in its original condition, and securely repacked in its original packaging (including all protective materials) so it arrives safely without transit damage.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping fees. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee delivery of untracked returns.

  • Please note: Items returned to our facility without prior authorization cannot be processed or accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@venodeco.com with a brief description and photos of the issue. We will review the details promptly and resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to follow the standard return process for your original purchase. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order on our website at your convenience.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval status:

  • Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be credited automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Posting Delays: Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take additional time for the transaction to reflect on your statement.

European Union (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

For orders shipped to destinations within the European Union, customers have the legal right to cancel or return their purchase within 14 days of delivery for any reason, subject to the same condition and proof-of-purchase standards outlined above.
